Data Privacy & HIPAA Limitations

Keystone does not provide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) storage. Any notes, observations, or text entered into the 'Live Mode' scratchpad or web guides are processed locally on your device and are immediately destroyed upon closing the browser. You agree not to store Protected Health Information (PHI) within any permanent Keystone database features.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Keystone and its licensors. Our interventions, guides, and materials are protected by copyright and may not be resold or redistributed without express permission.

3. Licenses and Usage

When you purchase a license from Keystone, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials in your professional practice. You may not share your account or materials with other practitioners who do not hold a valid license.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keystone, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
