Keystone does not provide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) storage. Any notes, observations, or text entered into the 'Live Mode' scratchpad or web guides are processed locally on your device and are immediately destroyed upon closing the browser. You agree not to store Protected Health Information (PHI) within any permanent Keystone database features.
