Data Privacy & HIPAA Limitations

Keystone does not provide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) storage. Notes saved from the account dashboard are stored in Keystone’s database and remain available to the account until the account holder deletes them. Snapshot participant names, responses, journal writing, and session state are kept in a temporary recovery record in that browser; normal completion clears the record, and an interrupted record expires after four hours of inactivity and is removed the next time Snapshot opens. Do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) or other confidential participant records into Keystone.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.
